UNITED FEDERATION OF EMPLOYERS OF ZAMBIA (UFEZ) HONORED AT BUSINESS AFRICA EMPLOYERS' CONFEDERATION SUMMIT

Lusaka Zambia- the United Federation of Employers of Zambia (UFEZ) participated in the prestigious Business Africa Employers Confederation Summit held in Nairobi, Kenya, from September 8th to 9th, 2025.
The event brought together prominent business leaders and employers' organizations from across Africa, underscoring the importance of collaboration and strategic engagement in shaping the continent's economic landscape.
UFEZ played a significant role at the summit, contributing through a panel discussion that highlighted Zambia's business environment, opportunities, and challenges. In a notable recognition of its valued membership and contributions, UFEZ through it’s president Mr. Humphrey Monde was honored with a Certificate of Recognition and Appreciation by the Business Africa Employers Confederation as the organization celebrated its 40th Anniversary.
This accolade reflects UFEZ's dedication to advancing employer interests, promoting best practices in industrial relations, and strengthening regional and continental partnerships.
