Promote and formulate fair workplace disciplinary procedures and codes of conduct in consultation with management of employer membership.
Advocate for review of national social and economic policies which are detrimental to business development, higher productivity, greater efficiency and industrial peace through social dialogue.
Advise employer members to improve management capacity of their business and compliance with national laws, promote skills recognition and enhance professionalism.
Facilitate training of employers and workers on labour and industrial relations matters including relevant management development services.
